Never had BCAA membership, for $40 why not.

Basic membership only allows towing to a max of 5km. Plus membership is 160km, which is what most people use it for. If you're prone to dead batteries then the basic is good as you still get the 4 roadside assistance, but if you're stuck in Squamish a tow back to town could cost way more than the Plus membership.

I'm tempted by the XB1/PS4 offers but I have a feeling that's just a conveniently timed permanent price drop so I'm not rushing any more than I was before to get them. I find it funny that the price is less than what a lot of people are asking for used ones though.

What I do need is a new internal HDD, so I'll be keeping an eye on NCIX.
