Door to door will say anything to get you to sign up for as much shit as possible then not be around or held accountable when your bill is double what you were quoted.

From what I've heard, the door to door guys are contracted, 3rd party commission only sales people. So of course they're saying whatever it takes to make a sale.

Contact these guys. First I was offered $80 a month for gigabit play $250 sign up credit. 2 weeks later they came back with an offer of $70 a month.

I've been with LightSpeed for the last 10 years after Shaw kept raising the price of my internet 15 with 150gb of data from $40 to $80 in a span of a year. Those were the days of home internet with a set allotment of data :lol

I was tired of their price increase so I switched to LightSpeed internet 300 with unlimited data for $50 and I've been paying that price for the last 10 years even though the price on their website is $70 now

Does light speed use Shaw backbone?

Yes for the cable internet. They also sell fiber which probably uses Telus backbone.

I hear Telus offering 3gb internet for $75 new customers in store only.
