everyone is saying it takes 2 to tango with trade but like fuck me if this dumbass GM of ours didn't wait last minute to make a trade then he wouldn't be in this mess. You get hired to be a GM of a team your focus is getting your team to be better, make trades for picks/prospects, move out guys with expiring contacts for some sort of assets. If that GM doesn't do it at all then that person needs to get moved out for someone who can and will be more competent end rant....
