I'm not answering this question. What kind of man would even ask this question? :considered: You're an American? Okay, whatever. I have a big extended family of fifteen Americans living in three states who voted for the Democrats because they know that Cheeto is a horrible president. You have your opinion. They have their opinions about no. 47. Who would have thought that the greatest threat to America and the world is an American president? FUCK TRUMP!!! |
I wonder if they have fuck Trump stickers like we have for Trudeau :considered: |
Spoiler! I have a feeling it's going to get much worse lol. I'd wait. |

GOsh, i've been getting calls at 8 AM on "what are you going to do" It's tough esp when people are having a tough time figuring out who will buy, sell, take up the tariff delta. Containers are being rerouted but people are trying to purge stock as well. Even if a company has unlimited space, people still have to have the credit line to pay for stuff. *i work in tier 1, mfg / hardware / company / components - it's a gong show. |
so... buy the dip? |
impossible to know since the cheeto can just open his mouth tomorrow and swing the market up or down. i think DCA is always the best strategy |

Elon is feeling the pressure from shareholders now haha. He is definitely asking his employees to wait out this stock market correction. https://www.cnbc.com/2025/03/21/elon...anoid%20robots. A 9pm "all-hands" Zoom meeting with all Tesla employees. -begging his staff to not sell their Tesla stock. Tesla CEO Elon Musk told employees at an all-hands meeting Thursday night that they should keep their stock, which has plummeted in value this year. Musk touted the company’s prospects in the robotaxi market and in humanoid robots. Regarding some of the reported instances of vandalism, Musk said “stop being psycho!” |

Americans must try to put a stop to this |
S&p is down 12.1% from the peak in Feb. So not really bear market yet cuz you need -20%. But we're in extreme fear on the fear and greed index. But this is Trump's plan all along to squeeze Jerome Powell to cut rates so he can refinance the American debt at lower rates. |
Refinancing at lower rates only does so much when people can't pay any taxes cause they are bankrupt. |
^^ people don't have to pay taxes bro the tariffs will pay taxes for you, China |
If you buy and you buy regularly, you don't have to think about buying the dip. Just stay the course. |
In the past, there is logic. And then there is China logic. But since "Liberation Day", there are now 2 new things. There is math. And then there is US math. And there is US logic too~! :fulloffuck: |
Good thing I dca. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/GfDz834aIAA3ce7.jpg:large |
Trump's "Liberation Day" tariffs are his way to force middle class Americans and middle class consumers from Canada and other countries to pay the extra costs of living in order in his dumbass mind to "make America great again" economically. Think about these tariffs from another angle. It is the American corporations, the CEOs and upper management, to follow a business model of outsourcing a great deal of their manufacturing to developing countries like Vietnam, Cambodia, etc in order to lower costs and make a bigger profit. What Cheeto says about countries unfairly "ripping off" the U.S. is a half truth. It's the billionaires, the big American corporations that moved their manufacturing operations overseas to developing countries. They are making the big money through the outsourcing of their manufacturing to countries like Vietnam, Bangladesh, Cambodia, etc. If Cheeto wants more manufacturing of shoes, clothing, and other products to be done in the U.S., and create jobs, then Cheeto could have created a big corporate tax on U.S. corporations for manufacturing their products overseas. American corporations would have an incentive to relocate their factories back to the U.S. to avoid this kind of tax. However, he chooses not to use a corporate tax on American corporations that outsource manufacturing because he doesn't want to anger his rich Republican support base. The additional cost of thousands of dollars, about an extra $3000 US per year for each American family according to CNN, is put on the middle class instead of the rich. When you think about it, Cheeto's tariffs protect his rich voter base and raise the cost of living on the middle class in the U.S. and other countries. |
Will use my tax refund to buy some on the dip ... but I feel that the dip is going to still dip so no urgency, it hasn't bottomed out. |
