i just meant i had trouble seeing the subjects in his photos due to editing style haha i do think those greys look really good, but in general getting too popular these days, your e36 probably feels more rare/special |
Got some accessories installed on the Camaro like the splash guards and just yesterday, a black fender badge. The last pic was taken with the original badge; I put one of the old ones on the dash near the passenger side vent. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...a64249b09f.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...f7dfa99fde.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...c8dd631f62.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...11b8e22be4.jpg |
How's the Camaro comparing to the Vette? I know the original "new" camaro was sort of a disaster but reviews of the new one are pretty awesome. |

The Corvette was a great car, but one thing that was definitely not as nice as the Camaro is the stick shift. 7-speed doesn't really feel right and it's easy to get into the wrong gear(particularly if you like skipping gears). The 6-speed feels about right. I didn't really get to push the Corvette a lot in the corner but I can say that yeah, Camaro feels very stable in the corner. Very little body roll, if any, and those wider tires do wonders with the grip. Visibility on the Camaro gets talked about a lot. Personally, I feel that the Internet has blown it out of proportion. It's not the best, obviously, but you see what you need to see. I miss the targa top on the Vette, along with the larger cargo area. The 6th Gen Camaros are definitely great performers. The Alpha chassis is highly praised. ATS-V uses the same chassis, but instead of a meh twin-turbo V6, you get the renowned small block on the Camaro with great low-end torque and the V8 rumble. Again I may start a thread sometime if I get off my lazy butt to talk about them. |

That color is very cool on the camaro. its quite similar to the one offered with the Aston V8 Vantages. very nice. |

But yeah, it gets a lot of compliments, and I think it goes well with the facelift front(which was controversial, to put nicely). |
I’m waiting to see some Camaro ZL1 1LE on the used market. I love my RS but that’s a car almost worth trading in for |
It reminds me of Mountain Dew. Big fan of the new camaro, especially in the non basic forms, and always nice to see someone get a car with a splash of colour. My mom had a 97 z28 in high school and I always drove the shit out of it when my e30 was broken. |
4 Attachment(s) Had a large Supra meeting yesterday in Hong Kong. 6 generations showed up. I actually didn't know there were 6. Well I think it was known as Celica back then and they kinda split off into Supra and Celica branding. Attachment 31272 Attachment 31273 Attachment 31274 Attachment 31275 |

mark 1 and mark 2's were "celica supras" - the supra itself being the 6 cylinder trim version with the longer hood to fit the early M series inline sixes along with other enhancements ( M series inline six motor related to the motor in the 2000GT, independent rear suspension on supra / celica GTS vs the base celicas) and were usually hatchback GT body style cars. at least thats the story here in North America. not too sure how the japan market was, but the supra name didnt really fully show up until the mark III A70 series cars. they also had a slew of "celica XX" cars with the same inline six yet also have some cars with 2L turbo engine options too... gets quite confusing in jdm land. |
