SkunkWorks you got a problem. Everytime I see a manual BMW wagon on craigslist you seem to buy it first. YOU HAVE NO SO MUCH SPACE! lol |

How do you decide between driving the ND and the S2K? |
Family and friends trip in Sooke this weekend. Roads in Sooke are very windy and hilly. It would be a fun drive with another car. https://i.imgur.com/oBKEFk1.jpg https://i.imgur.com/KmBR5dG.jpg |
^ Yes! Also keep going past Sooke to Port Renfrew then east to Lake Cowichan. It’s a wild 3 hour roller coaster ride but watch out for dips. |
which road is that? never quite had the luck finding it..my first pic was taken in the area re: lake cowichan a bit bummed west of youbou and nanaimo lakes is a private logging rd, will have to bring the suzuki next time Quote:
the trunk in the s2 is technically bigger but with doughnut and the dog legs they're quite comparable |

^ saw the 6 wheeler in Steveston yesterday. So sick. :bowjerk: |
first drive in the rescue corrado https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...5806b0ea_b.jpgUntitled by GhstRidr, on Flickr just around the yard until the brakes get another bleed. lots of work over the past 2 weekends to get the motor swapped, manual conversion, ABS system deleted and the OB2 conversion. Finally have the corrado I've always wanted. A late model in dark burgundy pearl w factory recaro interior. Clean enough to enjoy but not feel bad about modding. This thing was in the brink of a part out - soooo worth saving. :alone: |

The road from Lake Cowichan to Port Renfrew is better but it's basically an active paved logging road. Those logging trucks do suddenly appear in the middle of the road.Still somewhat bumpy, but fun. I wouldn't take anything too tightly sprung on there. Overall while bumpy, there weren't any potholes. |
saw a gallardo spyder north of renfrew haha took a photo by lake cowichan https://scontent.fyvr4-1.fna.fbcdn.n...27&oe=5F7ECE8D |

owner bought it, and the project got out of hand for him pretty quickly. No space to work so it sat in his parents garage. Worked on it again last night. Still needs another brake bleed - might have to bench bleed the master. Got the ignition sorted out w a new lock cyl, got the brake lights working. Stoked on progress! insurance this weekend I hope. |
