I definitely don't know my Toyota lineage as much as you guys. Haha. When I first saw it I thought it was a mustang fastback-ish american car. Only upon closer look I could see the toyota name (no badge even) and not even mention it was a celica or supra, only 'GT 2000'. Very unique definitely in this age. https://scontent.fhkg1-1.fna.fbcdn.n...b0&oe=5F2293FC |
Late night Hong Kong Mong Kok meet of our JDM 'dangerously VI'able group' Cain and Christenson (sp) would have their little dicks hard if we were in Vancouver https://scontent.fhkg1-1.fna.fbcdn.n...e3&oe=5F23EE55 https://scontent.fhkg1-1.fna.fbcdn.n...90&oe=5F24143C |
love to see the Car community is alive and well in HK. as for GT 2000 i wonder if its a 2000cc model, probably one of those rare twin cam models gen 1 celicas. funny thing is anything pre mark 3 Supra / celica they only had the TOYOTA written badge on front and back of car and had their own unique celica / supra "dragon" logo (looks like a swan to me imo) https://www.conceptcarz.com/images/T...ACA_02-800.jpg |

Anyways I'm fine with getting a speeding ticket if I in fact get caught violating the speed limit, however from what I hear going on nowadays it's a couple of bad cops with a small dick just out there to sit on the roads and issue tickets all day long for people going 51-52, and even some going under the speed limit because they have nothing else to do and just because they can do so. I'm glad we don't have a traffic cops like that here (that I know of) Sharing few more pictures of that night. Unfortunately I missed the turn and missed being in the epic shot. Good info guys. Apparently it was a 1973 Toyota Celica liftback 2000 GT RA25 model according to my group. |
RA25 chassis code so probably is a 18RG - those engines are worth gold over here! A rare treat to see such an early celica with a twin cam head design! |

https://images.craigslist.org/00F0F_...P_1200x900.jpg Sold my first car last month. Sad to see it go, I had the car for 14 years, and haven't driven in 6 years. |
They said no bikes in my condo, but they did not mention motorbikes. Nothin like having a fully stripped ruckus in your livingroom over winter https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...bb08bdc7_b.jpg https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/...5bdc8984_c.jpg |
^ sweet. Got a new battery for my ruckus just yesterday. Insuring it this morning for an afternoon ride. SeemsGood |
lol. Reminds me of the guy that had his R63 motor in his kitchen. |
