If by that point the Canucks are still dog shit (likely), then distinct possibility Green gets canned. However, if they sprinkle a few wins here and there paired with some losses then I see the threat action less likely.

Benning isn't gonna be given a third coach hiring. If Green goes, were likely looking at Brad Shaw as an interim coach till the end of the season, at which point Benning is shown the door and a new GM is found who will then oversee the hiring of a new coach.

Tonight's game vs the Golden Knights is going to be interesting.

Which Canucks team is going to show up to play tonight?

A team that plays a full 60 minutes with a sense of urgency and working hard on every shift?

Heard part of Jannick Hansen's interview on 650 yesterday afternoon and he said the same but he also touched on the team seems to be unmotivated and pretty much hinted no heart. No one to drag the team out of the mud much like himself and Burrows did. Majority of this team is emotionless.
Age old saying hardwork beats talent when talent isn't hardworking and this team isn't hardworking at all just showing up and collecting the paycheck. Hansen noted how he never had to have the coaches pump him up GameDay. He did it for himself and for his teammates and right now this collection of players aren't doing it for each other.

What the hell's with Vegas?

FWIW, refs at least two shit calls. OEL interference and Demko delay of game just after an obvious missed off side. Can’t win when the stripes don’t want you to.

Every time this team makes a mistake, it means a high quality scoring chance for the opposition.

That delay of game penalty on Demko was so weak when the post on the net was having troubles earlier int he game. The play leading up to it was clearly offside from the Knights too.

That penalty changed the entire game.

aquilini is on the trip with the team this weekend. they're claiming is was a pre-planned thing but who knows. maybe he is actually worried about his investment being so fucked up.
