Bergevin out in Montreal ... Benning should be next. |
Garland! beauty fuck... offside |
We need goals! This goal drought for our top players is a concern. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...a54e362cb3.jpg Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
what's the next moral victory for the Canucks? a game where we don't have to pull the goalie? |
The Official 2021/2022 Canucks & NHL Thread Tonight’s loss to the bad news Bruins was all due to special teams. We cannot kill penalties and score enough power play goals. On to Montreal tomorrow for the next game! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Depressing to see the bruins who have been competitive since winning the cup in 2011 VS us who have been in essentially shambles since.. Better to lose than win these games imo send a message to dummy owner that this is not working. |
yep, it's well past the point of saving this season. all these years of being told to be patient while they keep applying band-aid solutions have finally caught up to them. i said it quite a long time ago that losing those key guys would affect the core and not a lot of people agreed. well, here we are. |
Tanev was the biggest lost imo I said it at the time and it’s a huge detriment to Hughes development imo |
Tanev was the only 1 that should've been resigned. |

Evander Kane on waivers ... which team is the best at reclamation project? |
Wrong personal playing the wrong system is what Craig Button says. https://twitter.com/DhaliwalSports?r...Ctwgr%5Eauthor Also more trade rumours lol Dhaliwal reporting EKane's new agent reaching out to teams including Vancouver https://www.prohockeyrumors.com/2021...bo-horvat.html Teams calling on Bo (which could be very believable) |
Call bs on the bo trade. We’re thin on the centre depth anyways. Like skinny saying. JB should make a phone call to get tanev back. |

The other 31 GM's are circling for a bargain. |

Also hitting on Patsrnak and McAvoy helps... lol Whereas our 2011 core went to basically Karlson, Suter, and Pearson today. lol |
I wish it was as simple as just hitting on a couple draft picks............ It's a top to bottom organization thing... I can't remember what I was watching, and it was obviously biased being, most likely, produced BY the Bruins organization... but saw a clip of what it's like to be a new draft pick in Boston and they work so had at instilling a pride and hard work thing and reinforcing if not flat out brainwashing them into believing they're playing for the best sports franchise on this earth... and I guess they have the history to back it up to a certain extent, being an original 6 team and having championships. What do we have to point at to anyone... oh yah legacy... I mean we retired Stan Smyl's jersey ffs... guy would have been a 3rd line plug on most other teams of the era. Not exactly the kind of stuff that makes a kid go wowwwww I'm so lucky to be here. More like "Okay... cool... so where's the best sushi place and night spot?" "Does it always rain this much here?" Ugh........ even newer orgs like Tampa Bay... they found success bringing in proven winners like Yzerman... somehow they got massive buy-in from all their players culture wise AND drafted/traded/signed well even without having all the nostalgia to bank on or reinforce their rhetoric... Canucks have Benning, an AHL defenceman and a gritty ex-power forward with a limited skillset. |

FFS even Carolina has 1 Our problem is we keep reminiscing about our cup final failures... the what if's. What blockbuster franchise shaking moves has this organization really do? Trade for Luongo is probably the most significant. Every other star player was just the team running them out of town. This team has went from goalie graveyard to plain old player graveyard |
Hopefully lose tonight against the habs |

The Official 2021/2022 Canucks & NHL Thread That is the best news that I have heard from that loss to Boston. Rat face losing three games worth of pay for that dirty slew foot on OEL. Thank goodness that OEL was not injured from that dangerous, dirty play: |
