Yes, they can be pretty bad, but also very rewarding. If you think BMW owners are masochists, McLaren folk are at a whole different level. :D |
It's one of those lottery ticket cars, if you win you get one that is only oil, tires, brakes. If you aren't lucky it's engine out every year. |
This guy custom ordered... I get their models mixed up, they all look the same but I think it is a 675LT or something like that?... but it goes from green to black in the paint from front to back... I think he sad the driver side seatbelt wouldn't latch from day1 and still pops out sometimes randomly... the removable roof piece has been replaced like 3 times for water and air sealing issues and the transmission failed and was replaced within a month of him getting it. I mean it's all under warranty but fuck can't even drive the thing. |
Why would anyone put up with this horseshit. |
Just buy a Lambo and use VW parts??? Profit |

Hey... thats not too bad... I cant see this going under $650K in 2 more years... So you can drive this bad boy for 2 years for $150K + insurance + gas + maintenance... granted if you got a trade-in that can take care of most of the taxes.... |
Hybrids are loosing their ass, 296 are like 50% MSRP right now for low mileage examples. |
WTF i was so hyped and then Autotrader showed me the cheapest 296 nationalwide is still asking $380K + tax... thats not 50% off man.... Pretty sure a new 296 MSRP is well under $500K..... I am still waiting for ROMA to dip below $200K in that sense.... |
https://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-...erivedpriceASC Ferrari of Seattle $268,700, cad $364,208.07 I was watching some shorts and msrp of some cars were well over $400 USD, now asking for well under $100+ msrp |
Would anybody here buy a EV truck with a Rebuilt title. Seller claims no accidents theft recovery. The ICBC pics show no damage. It's an F150 lightning extended range looks fully loaded. https://i.ibb.co/Fb5PxQtY/ocean.jpg https://i.ibb.co/KjknqT74/601140469-...69415971-n.jpg https://i.ibb.co/ccTFMKLk/617869673-...20557710-n.jpg https://i.ibb.co/KjknqT74/601140469-...69415971-n.jpg https://i.ibb.co/DPKg6zCp/617504120-...04043773-n.jpg https://i.ibb.co/fGLwZwDY/616876330-...16137088-n.jpg Ad: https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...referralCode=2 vin: 1ft6w1ev0nwg09709 |

$360,000 CAD is still no where near 50%, when was a 296 ever $700K CAD plus or even $600K CAD plus for that matter.... I bet most coupes transacted at around $500K CAD plus taxes if not less... Anyways... all is well lolol, I was almost like HELOC here I come... hahahaha, gives me a few more years to save up I guess.... |
Between sending your kids to uni and buying them cars and them living at home/helping them live not at home you "might" have a chance of getting an old used F-Car when you're in diapers with the rest of us lol |

My parents bought a rebuild-titled 2006 Toyota Sienna with 6000KM on it for $10,000 CAD. There was not even a dent or scratch on it. The VIN tags were stolen and the interior was stripped and the vehicle left on the side of a freeway. My parents found replacement seats and carpet (like new) for around $2000 and had it certified. We still drive it to this day, so coming on to 20 years now. When my parents thought it was time to downsize vehicles, we put it up for sale. A younger couple with a newborn showed up, test drove it and really liked it. But the idea of a "rebuit" titled van was too dangerous for their precious child and they believed the car would suddenly explode or lose control, so they passed on it. Despite all efforts in the ad disclosing all this information, they still came to see it. It was a colossal waste of time. My dad would rather not do any oil changes on it and drive it to the ground than sell it to someone who would benefit from it. On the other hand, he's just pushing the limits of Toyota's junk reliability and that pisses me off (because I hate Toyota.) |
Give me a chance to buy it:drunk: |

I'm not making this up, but remember when car prices during COVID were insane? He took a "For Sale" sign and wrote "$30,000" just to fuck with people. Some lady legitimately asked if it was for sale and he laughed at the lady and straight up said, "No, fuck you" and walked away. What a dick. It's like the world wronged him or something (I get it, but why?) |
