As for take off and landing, you can set it down, walk far far away and still control it. As long as you have signal you're good to go. |
how long until one of your perverts starts a peeping tom thread in the NSFW subforum? lol |

If you draw a line from North to South from Metrotown down to US border, anything west of that line is no-fly zone. Most of Abbotsford is gone as well as Langley. The only city in greater Van that you could most likely fly is Surrey and White Rock. |

Switch the drone size to Micro (<250g) and it's allowed. Anything over 250g and it's restricted. |
NRC is just federal rules. Provincial and municipal rules still apply. |
Me and wife went to this Yaletown dog thing. Lots of cute fuzzies…. And hot bitches. Last year her brother was still with us, this year she’s strolling by herself…. https://i.postimg.cc/d0Nj6GXZ/IMG-3210.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/mgwwcvyw/IMG-3212.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/rmvCXMq8/IMG-3218.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/SKxGcgZp/IMG-3223.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/W3D6HhLW/IMG-3224.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/yxch7tN0/IMG-3226.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/ryrNG09z/IMG-3233.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/TYjjSzF6/IMG-3239.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/9QWPjxHq/IMG-3242.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/FsXgTrPp/IMG-3249.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/s2xpMvXj/IMG-3258.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/4xB64zX2/IMG-6149.jpg 30 degrees downtown. Friggin hot hot hot |
No pics of the hot bitches? oh wait I see what you did there... |
missed opportunity to bring out the doggy lc |
No way. I thought about it but with that many people and dogs, I knew it would be a gong show. Even with the stroller, it took forever to slowly move along the displays as the crowd was huge. Wayyy too crowded to be honest. Would have gotten the toy car rammed into the side of a Pitt bull and my precious little dog eaten or kicked. |

I tried to go shoot some forest puppies but i guess its too cold and damp. Dem lazy fuzzies are snuggling in their dens. Instead, i got these Emo-looking Herons this morning https://i.postimg.cc/D02Qvnxz/IMG-4154.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/d3qRsw51/IMG-4155.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/7hx1HwKb/IMG-4175.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/1X90msvm/IMG-4188.jpg |
I had a similar idea yesterday :lol https://i.ibb.co/NRckXSp/PB150533.jpg https://i.ibb.co/nqRWsLNF/PB150485.jpg |
I'm ready. the big birds(eagles, hawks, owls) should be settling in soon. last year I modified my RC cart to carry my stuff. I can literally walk 10x as far now. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C_9PK...JzMW1vMHF1NThi |
how the..... what the.... you friggin genius you. It looks remote controlled too? or does it auto follow you like a drone..... anyone gonna pickup this new canon RF 45mm f1.2 ?! seems like a smoking deal at 500ish bucks for a low aperture prime. Also i saw this on amazon. https://www.amazon.ca/Canon-RF50mm-F...7-ed306eff4f60 200 bucks for a 50mm 1.8!?!?! thats like more than half the price of the 1.2 |
Quote:
Also that is a mega inflated price, I bought mine for $119 (RF50 1.8 STM) |
Fuck you ! When ?!?!? 120 dollars for a lens ?!? Get the fuck outta here. New ?!? |
Quote:
you guys are talking about 2 different 45mm lenses. ones an f1.2 the other is a cheap ass 1.8. |
He said 120 for a Rf 50mm 1.8. I’ve never seen it less than 200 Canadian for a new one. |
Quote:
Close enough lol. TBH is not a great lens, I barely use it. |
NOT CLOSE! nOT CLOSE!!!! anyways i picked up this 50mm 1.8, and im gonna pickup this 45mm 1.2 and see what the difference is. Good thing with amazon is the return policy is up till january, so plenty of time to test both. Worried that with my APSC, its not even gonna be usable indoors. too much zoom |
Full frame lyfe ftw |
Im very happy with the performance of my new R7. Autofocus is strong, much better than the R50, and the extra bump in megapixels helps quite a bit. Low light performance is also very very good compared to my old r50. IBIS is a godsend. Not sure how i did without it before, as it helps catch the fine details when hand holding. https://i.postimg.cc/KY968Dmh/4R9A6312.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/Xv7MWz63/4R9A6316.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/25HsS7Cf/4R9A6337.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/d0WbVjJM/4R9A6392.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/hGCkt1KB/4R9A6455.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/vmPJZtGY/4R9A6491.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/9fx6QYcF/4R9A6551.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/1zWk3ry3/4R9A6626.jpg https://i.postimg.cc/g0MC2HGc/4R9A6656-Enhanced-NR.jpg |
I'd say the colour rendition is much nicer now than the pics from before. But what lens were you shooting with to get these shots? The difference in colours could have come from the lens, the camera, or (of course) from post processing. |
So other than the moon shot, I didn’t use any processing. For the moon shot I did it in cRAW and added a de noise filter and some sharpening. The rest are all jpegs pulled straight out of the new camera. Lenses are the same as before. Most of the zoom shots are from my canon Rf 100-400, the food and dog pic are from the 18-50mm sigma |
