You know what's really commendable about Filipino people is how caring they are. Even in the worst of times they put other people before themselves.
Like all those gofundme's that are being voluntarily closed because they say the money is too much and they have enough, and people should fund other people's gofundme pages is a testament to the Filipino culture. They are such a caring people.

I dropped by the corner of Fraser and 41st to visit the main memorial site to honour and respect the victims. Quite moving as streams of people constantly coming to pay respects, light a candle, and lay down flowers.

To be Devil's advocate, his mom tried to take her own life and they were barely able to keep a roof over their head, so perhaps we can speculate they were living beyond their means. But to have a Range Rover and a Q7 is a big financial undertaking so likely self-inflicted.
A used early 2000s Toyota RAV4 or Honda CRV, I get. But the latest RR or Q7...something's up.
