I just got home from the gym... These 2 waxed douchebags did 2 sets of shoulder press in the time that it took me to do my whole workout (around 45 minutes)... They sat right in front of the db's and were talking. They wouldnt move either... If you wanted to grab a weight where they were standing they would stare you down. Some of the smaller guys wouldnt even bother trying to grab weights from that area. I didnt really give a fuck and would just walk right in between them and grab what I wanted. I swear one of the bigger guys at the gym later on told them to go socialize somewhere else..

I think it might be time to go to a different gym. Too many douchebags and people that are making no progress at all at my gym. (I'm just going to a rec center right now)

No shit eh. I know half the people at my gym, and if the grease bags at my gym keep pulling this amateur poser shit, Im going to say something, even if they are a little bigger than me…the staff and members would back me up. Its the best gym and town, and damned if I am leaving cause of these dbags.

I use the roman chair and do leg lifts. I am currently adding ~15 lbs on my feet for about 10+reps. Also, I am starting to do L sit pull ups (these are both great core exercises).
Also, I throw in some weight side dips, crunches, and V ups

I've seen it at Killarney market and a few random asian grocery markets.

Does anyone know where to buy "drinkable" coconut milk in a can? The ones that I have seen are used for cooking. I've got this "Aroy-D" brand at home thats used for cooking.

Thanks.

You can buy coconut oil at health food stores and 'whole' food stores like Galloways (I think that's what it's called anyway). It should be pretty cheap, not much more than the garbage oils they sell at grocery stores.

And that coconut milk that you cook with is the same stuff you drink. It won't taste very good straight, but that's the stuff you want to add to your diet. It's absolutely delicious in protein shakes.

thanks

is there a big difference, in terms of health benefits, from organic cold pressed virgin coconut oil to cheaper alternatives?
i noticed quite a big price difference between the two.

im thinking about ordering it online from this website
http://bccoconut.com/coco-orders.html
is $64 for 4 liters a decent deal?
