lol that's pretty harsh...as part of customer service never try to make the customer feel like idiots even if they are. So what if they didnt do their research, that's what you are for.

and really...sometimes people already know their stuff...they just wanna test to see if YOU know what you are trying to sell or if you are just gonna make BS up.
