I would really avoid Mandalay unless its a super good deal. You would be walking 20 minutes to everything or taking a lot of cabs. Sometimes at the end of the day, you just want to get back and crash and not take forever. |

Thanks guys, yea going to get presale tickets and will be looking into TI/New York instead! Wouldn't have been too great walking that distance LOL. |
NYNY is a cool spot for sure. Irish Pub? Yes please. TI is also good. Perfect size IMO and they have comfy beds. I still strongly recommend MGM Signature Towers. I got a 900 sqft one bedroom suite with kitchen, 2 baths for same price as a reg room... |
Don't even think of going to the pho place at TI, otherwise I liked it there. See if you can get a room that faces East, so you can catch the show from your room. I still haven't been to Mirage, since they reno'd it 3-4 years ago |

Checked it out and it seems promising as well. Booked for TI and ticket there; no return yet because i'm still waiting for a better "deal". CANT WAIT! :fullofwin: |
I going with my SO very soon and I already wrote down a few restaurants that I have in mind but i was wondering if there are any must-eat places that you guys would suggest? are there also any must-see shows? |

the 20$ sandwich trick worked at the hard rock hotel! and we got upgraded to the HRH suite towers :) |
$20 sandwich works outside of Vegas too. Hotel staff don't give a shit, enter some lame code like "airline lost luggage" or whatever. I'm 3/3 in Florida :D |

Have fun man. |

Order it with the mashed and veggies and your choice of a beer or their homemade root beer. ( which was really good ) Go early b/c it gets busy there. The Fuku burger food truck is out there too. If you have not seen Cirque De Soliel's "O' then you have to go. We also enjoyed Ka. My wife and her friends watched Chris Angel's show at the Luxor and was not impressed. |

It was fun watching a few of the waitresses use the climbing wall when we were there. It was pretty dead, so some were keeping busy doing that, while others practiced hula-hooping :notbad: Had a killer burger at "The Burger Bar". Kind of outta the way, down at the Mandalay (between Mandalay and Luxor if I remember?) Lots of different beers to try, all in all pretty decent. |

Then there are the casual but delicious spots like Earl, etc. Quote:

Completely forgot to mention... Go and see Zumanity at NYNY. It's the 'adult' Cirque show. Yes, there is nudity, but that's not the best part (although a few of the girls... me gusta). It was fucking hilarious! Definitely check it out if you can. http://www.nynyhotelcasino.com/image...nity-large.jpg |
Hey guys, My family and my gf will be going in LAS this Xmas. This is our first time. Any recommendation for a must see show, museum or attraction? We will be there for 4 nights and will be staying in monte carlo. Where could we get good tickets for "The O"? Where is a good place to celebrate a silver wending anniversary? Is their any free slot token given away? |

For somewhere nice to celebrate, maybe grab something with a view. MIX at Mandalay is great. |

I'll be going for the first time as well and I'm intrigued with this "$20 sandwich" thing... Can someone enlighten me? Tried going a few pages back and to no avail. Cheers |

They'll put it to the side and search through what is available. I usually end up getting the best version of the room I booked. For example... top floor with larger room or better bathroom or better view. Never anything crazy though. |

that's awesome, anyone try it at Planet Hollywood? |
