Anybody stayed at the AriaSky Suite before?
Pretty cool perks/services/amenities w/ the private lounge and limo pick up.
Was wondering if the PentHouse suite can fit 6 guys comfortably.
Its $650/night for the Penthouse, or $350/night for a suite.
Was thinking of getting 2 suites or just do 1 penthouse.

I have seen people puking right into the water before. It can be pretty nasty.

I would never stay at Aria again. Considering this is a 5star resort, and the hotel itself is nice... it's not worth the $$

My room was dirty. Not just a little bit either. We found wrappers under things, bathroom was questionable, and what really made me lose my shit, is when we opened the blinds, and the window was DISTGUSTING. In all honesty, it looks like someone was fucked right up against it. There were handprints, smudges, make up marks... totally gross.

We all had a good laugh about it, but when I called to have re-cleaned, I came back later that night to a window that was still dirty! How on earth does the cleaning staff miss that? Especially when that was the main reason I called to complain! lol

It's not like we were staying in their shitty rooms either (not that it matters).

I would hope the suites would be better, especially the penthouse....

^I've stayed at the Aria before, not in the Sky Suites though. Unlike Spoon Fed, I had a positive experience.

That being said, I'd be pretty pissed to though if they didn't wipe down an area that I specifically asked them to clean.

VR6GTI 07-18-2013 10:24 AM

Ive stayed at the Aria and the rooms were nice but never worth the money. There is so much to do in Vegas you will only be sleeping in the room. Getup early come home late.

KDubbz 07-18-2013 10:25 AM

Vdara is a great alternative to Aria

I stayed at the Aria over the Canada day long weekend. I found the room to be very clean and nice.

I've only ever stayed at the Stratosphere when I was younger, so I don't have much to compare to.

My stay at Aria was always quite pleasant, the room was new and clean. My only complaint was that they put me SO FAR from the elevators, it was quite the trek everytime to and from my room, about 15minutes walk from front desk to my room, 40minutes when drunk :lol

Just booked 2 nights at the Panaramoic Penthouse Suite @ SkiSuite for Sept 2-4
Will report back on how it is afterwards

Stayed at Aria 2 or 3 times. Always nice and clean rooms. Bellagio is the best though. Ask for a fountain view.

No complaints about Aria. Love the smell and the younger crowds.

Staying at Aria in August for 3 nights. We got one night comped with MyVegas.

O tickets, comped with MyVegas.
Might go to the knight show with MyVegas comp....

We are looking at shooting ranges and The Gun Store was expensive last time.

Has anyone been to American Shooters? They have decent prices for gun rentals, but I don't know about ammo, yet.

Any recommendations for machine gun shooting ranges?

After doing a lot of research, I came across Discount Firearms + Ammo. Great place, super friendly, and they were MUCH cheaper than the Gun Store. Not far from the strip. Maybe a 10min drive? (I drove from Aria)

Discount Firearms+Ammo

Check them out, and if you do go there, see if you can deal with the Sarge. That guy is fucking awesome! Super cool guy.

Agreed about the long walk to the elevators, the hallways get confusing after a few... lol

Any when we were there over the Canada Day long weekend, the crowds at Aria were not young (I'm 32), definitely older than me, and the guys I was with. Not a big deal, but we enjoyed the younger crowd at New York New York.

Adrenaline ATV Tours

I did this atv last time with groupon. I'd say it was 100x better than Whistler and 10x better than sandunes. The owner is awesome. Go in the morning so you don't need to get sweaty helmets in the afternoon.

They're right behind Fashion Show Mall, so it's a lot more walkable.

The Gun Store is freaken far as hell from the strip, and if your cab driver doesn't chill and wait for you, you'd have a hard time catching a ride back.

Just to update the horny bastards on RS, the only full nudie bar in Vegas is palomino. $30 cover, $20 dance. Got my no.5 experience there too

Mr. Chewbacca 07-25-2013 09:25 AM

Palomino, I'm down. Planning on going to vegas end of the year.

Vale46Rossi 07-25-2013 06:57 PM

For people wondering,

Aria buffet got a lot better since they opened few years ago.

Also for strip club, Sapphire was great again busy and expensive but their girls are model-like.

Call them for a limo = no charge + free cover & drink

Just tip the driver $10 and you're good.

I've never been ATVing before ... but everyone tells me the Sand Dunes south of Portland is WAY more fun than Whistler where it's just more of a sight-seeing tour than actually "riding" the ATV.
How far is the Vegas ATV tour from the strip? Also is it really intense? (like mountain bike style) or more relaxed? Would you recommend going with just the gf or better with a bunch of guys?

It was awesome fun. I went with 7 guys on a stag. I saw girls (little asians) go there and they should do fine. As long as she can ride a moped here she can handle the ride in Vegas. They picked us up at 8am from Exculibur and dropped us back to Aria at 2pm (they are only supposed to drop off at Exculibur but we just tipped the guy). It's about 1 hour east of the Strip.
The actual ride time is about 2-3 hours. Going through gentle bumps and turns. They go fast but also go at the group's speed. The guide did wheelies and side wheelies to show off. Haha. It was dirty so don't wear nice clothes or shoes. I jumped into the pool right after atv and
