Boostslut: Instead of using filters (it sort of looks like you used filters) try doing basic brightness/contrast adjustments, that may help more. The picture of the boat is a bit flat. I don't know what the boat looked like but I probably would've taken a shot with the boat and its' surroundings. If I was going to take the shot of the name of the boat, I would try to incorporate something maybe more meaningful within the frame? Try different angles. Keep it up :). |
Thanks for the constructive feedback MikesJo :) Animal pics feedback? |

What lens did you use for the falcon shot? The bokeh is very choppy...aperture about f5.6? I would have gone with a larger aperture. |

I just tried some test shots. I put the flash on the bathroom counter and shot from the livingroom. Distance - more than 5m. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...p/PICT6875.jpg I put the flash on the floor around the corner. Distance - about 5m. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...p/PICT6877.jpg I wish hummingbirds would come to my house... |

Niiiiiiice work. Like the backlit one. The top one is a great idea, but I think it coulda done without the bleachers. |

Filipino tradition called the "Money Dance" where individuals who want to dance with the bride or groom come and "pay" for a dance by attaching a bill to their clothes. It's one of those times you the saying "I'm worth xxx amount" can be taken literally. Haha. |
