The Tugendhat House by Mies Van Der Rohe. Lots of sleepless nights spent on building this thing, lol. Hard when there are no floor plans with measurements.

definitely like the black border vs the white... it adds to the presentation rather than taking away

bikerx 10-16-2007 09:11 PM

mike that house looks awesome just hope it doesn't snow ;)

I think it'd b pretty sweet if you put a flash inside each floor and took a picture :D

Senna4ever 10-16-2007 10:32 PM

What course it that, Mike?

A flash wouldn't fit in each floor, lol. The floors do come apart, I just didn't post pics cause of the 3 pic limit here :).

Whoa, that made me dizzy for a sec. I was scrolling up from the bottom, at first it looked like a view up some kind of wooden chimney :)

Are those bike pics under the bridge at rocky point? too bad about the cars being there, cause the shadow on the wall has the potential to make an awsome shot if used correctly.

bikerx 10-19-2007 05:17 PM

um ... out near belcerra ... port moody or seomthign that trials park.. or something.

of course i used it correctly his shadow is apping the rear window ;) haha

Wow! Those are a great improvement! It probably helps that you set the lighting, and not 'the band' :P

There are a couple of things that catch my eye though... the first is in the second photo, her hair is messy... it's driving me a little mental. Haha, it's good to be anal!

The other, I'm not sure exactly what it is, but her eyes are different from one another in all three shots... it's not your fault at all, but if someone did make up, it might be the mascara...

Actually, I've just decided, that it's only really an issue in the first, and last image... and it seems to be a fill-light issue. The third image almost makes her look like she's got a shiner! I've also realised that in the first image, her iris/pupil aren't reflecting the other softbox... so it looks like it's in a different world, compared to the other eye. Damn, I am picky... hopefully not rude!

They look phenomonal though man! I can't wait to see more of your studio work. :)

Hope you don't mind a bit of a chop to show you what I mean:

Senna4ever 10-20-2007 05:14 PM

Not bad, but you focus should be closer to the viewer.

_Hotsauce_ 10-20-2007 05:16 PM

So, focus should have been on the front Strawberry?

Senna4ever 10-20-2007 05:17 PM

Yep....or you could crop out the front one.
