Those look ridiculous.

Zap straps, duct tape. 'nuff said.

But for real , try Lordco, they carry a full line of Autometer and Autometer makes all kinds of gauge pods and such. Good bet if you just want something simple and fast.

Remove the .orig.jpg from imagestation pictures to use them. For full size cut paste into the browser and add .orig.jpg back.

I'd say Re-Amemiya kit is way better.

raymond_87 09-09-2003 04:32 PM

gonna attempt to guy my cat today, ne tips ?

NanaimoRx-7 09-09-2003 04:53 PM

How about don't?

Gutted cat's don't flow that well...but if she's plugged give'r until you can find a Stainless Steel packed resonator.

rx7 ice 09-09-2003 05:11 PM

WANTED!!!!

I need a good used 13B for a 1990 GXL, anybody got one or know where to find one?

raymond_87 09-09-2003 05:18 PM

my cat is the stock one since 1988 so wont be in the best shape, as for a resanator, i wont be doin that unitl i get full exhaust but that wont be for a couple months....but when the time comes.......should i go 2.5" piping with 2 mufflers and no cat ?

bcty 09-09-2003 06:06 PM

might as well save yourself the time and trouble and get a 2.5" pipe made from the manafold back to whatever you want for a catback.. Single would be better for power up top dual for looks and bit more low end.. and a quiet a bit quieter.. but dont take my duals for example.. N1's are loud.. but look cool..

rx7 ice - call progressive in victoria.. they should be able to find you an engine used or new ported and stuff.. 250-477-2711..

raymond_87 09-09-2003 06:13 PM

yeah thats true, has ne one got 2.5" piping made from a local shop from mani back no cat or resonators ? ball park cost ?

raymond_87 09-09-2003 06:20 PM

haha k i thought it over and i want to stay dual for looks and sound ( it will be my only rice :)) my brothers 1st 2nd gen had 2.5" exhuast with dual tanabe mufflers ( not cannon style ) and it sounded hella sexy and looked good, if i went dual it wouldn't be very noticible in power diff compared to the singal would it ?

raymond_87 09-09-2003 08:29 PM

oh ya , no one replied to the trim piece, i will post pics showing what i mean exactly

NanaimoRx-7 09-09-2003 09:44 PM

Just the piping should be around $100-120 I think. It's pretty simple work but I forget how much I payed, it was 4 years ago.
