Every aspect of every dish was excellent - whereas Vancouver places have always, to me, only excelled at certain aspects and consistency often varied, this place hit the nail head on time and time again over 9 days.
In fact, on one day, I intentionally ate Pho at a mediocre restaurant followed by dinner at this place to make sure my judgment was not flawed.

That Pho looks absolutely amazing... but yah, Pho everyday in Paris when you have so many other amazing options?

Finally went to Big Ridge Brewing Co. on 56 Ave. Food and beer were both surprisingly fantastic. My burger patty could have been a bit juicier. 8.5/10

heh no of course not; i go to Paris quite regularly though, and the last trip's goal was Pho and Cambodian food! =)

Memphis Blues since I had a craving for some BBQ.

Pulled pork was pretty decent, brisket was OK. Ribs were a bit too dry for my liking, even with the sauce. If you're ever there, don't get the potato salad unless you like it kinda dry. I prefer my potato salad a bit more on the creamy side.
