:werd: I love this game even more, i dunno why everyone's getting so pissed about it

People are getting pissed because they can't interfere, check from behind, boarding or highstick anymore.

Play big or get out. I think the game plays fine.

I rarely get any of those penalties. I don't know if they changed anything with the poke check but I'm averaging 14 PIM per game and they're almost all tripping calls.

its not only about the good penalties but the little stuff that still gets called is VERY annoying.. you should be able to play a little more physical then it is set to now

For you 360 players does holding the Right Trigger help your shots?

It doesn't do anything except pass/switch players. I don't know why some players hold certain buttons.

I usually only take 1 or 2 penalties a game.

You just have to know when to make that hit or lift that stick.

Holding the left trigger/vision control while in front of the net will shoot the puck when you get it, without the your guy trying to crosscheck anybody.

If you don't hold it down and you're spamming your shoot without the puck, you're constant wailing at whoever's in front of you, causing you to get a penalty.

This really grinds my gears. Its so awkward passing with the right trigger. Worst of all, they have a 'customization' option for your buttons, but the damn option isnt selectable. Its like a bug or something. Just one big tease.

That leaves me to play on classic mode and I cant pull the full moves on that mode.

prostick is the way to go.

do you guys who use classic even use the stick at all? must be wierd switching back and forth all the time

I just use the stick to deke and do angled shots. Everything else with the classic control is so much easier especially slap shots just hold down a button and let go.

Question for you guys, i just got the game not too long ago and in the middle of BAP. Is there anyway to update the roster with what's new on LIVE? Or do I have to start all over?

When I play with friends I take most my penalties when I go to the net trying to time the one timer shot. I'll end up taking a cross checking penalty.

E = 50-59 rating

Reliable = Accurate
"Okay" = May be off by 1 rating (i.e. If it says B, it could actually be A, B, or C)
Unreliable = May be off by up to 2 ratings (i.e. If it says C, it could be anything. If it's A, it could be A, B, or C)

I don't play this game online much. What is the glitch goal? Is it the weird shot that goes top corner every time?
