Langara just updated their program. Check on their website. Generally speaking the norm is 60 credits, decent GPA and volunteer. The requirements are the same tooo.

Get good grades, and apply at all schools over the lower mainland. For me I'm prepared to move, so I'm applying after december at schools across canada.

i suggest doing a search. I also have pm's from several nurses if you ned them.

does anyone have any registration date before june 24..? it seems sorta late ... got no one to compare it with though.

June 24th is not a late registration date. Anything after the first week is pretty late and just about all your classes will be waitlisted. Doesn't registration seem to be really early? The 20th is so soon, and I'm not even like half way into summer semester courses.

I still think the time is a program thing. I've been pretty lazy so my grades aren't that great but I've always had the available times for registration, which is kinda odd.

Anyways, any of the first year -ology courses are pretty much GPA boosters, unless you have a specific interest.
I've been taking Asian Studies for my required electives though. (Takayanagi is pretty easy for Japan-related stuff, most of the class got A-B)

^ Within the first week it's usually okay, unless it's for one of those high demand courses that comes once a year.

yeah I'm pretty sure reg time also depends on your program I remember a friend of mine in the business program and he was picking on the first day with like a 2.0 gpa

It is based on program first. All those specific programs get first dibs. And then the general arts&science students based on amount of courses and gpa.

Whoa 2.0? o_O I know people with like 2.6 that get it on the 2nd/3rd day.

ya I'm guessing they are in the arts/science transfer ? I'm in that and I believe we get last dibs lol, I have a 3.2 and I'm picking like on the 23rd or 24th so yeah it sounds about right to be picking a bit later with a 2.6
