doubt we would've made a trade to move up 10 spots, but ok

Harvey Specter 06-26-2009 05:01 PM

We need some more trades.

Gh0stRider 06-26-2009 05:10 PM

AP - Scott Niedermayer has told the Anaheim Ducks he intends to return next season

Harvey Specter 06-26-2009 05:16 PM

On TSN they said the Flyers team salary is $70 million, how is that possible with the salary cap? Are they paying a penalty or did I hear wrong?

MR_BIGGS 06-26-2009 05:33 PM

Don't have tsn or streaming...but I can imagine Burke's red ugly mug on the screen..

Did I hear that Luongo was at the Canucks table? I like the fact he's there. Having his long terms should lure players into Vancouver...Being a nice city and all and other intagibles...

the only good thing about that is the nucks need a impact player right now not to wait 3 years

Yeah good luck with that. Usually, only the top 2 picks are NHL ready.

murd0c 06-26-2009 05:47 PM

I kinda want the nucks to pick Landon

stuff99 06-26-2009 05:48 PM

same here

Noir 06-26-2009 05:51 PM

Hahahaha. These draft picks are hilarious. They say almost the same thing for almost every player.

stuff99 06-26-2009 06:03 PM

Let's hope we don't make the same mistake that we made with this chump:

http://www.hockeysfuture.com/prospects/pat_white

He wasnt even projected as top 40 when he was drafted. 6.0 ranking. Ranks 18th amongst Canucks prospects. LOL

quasi 06-26-2009 06:04 PM

I hope they pick Schroeder or Ferraro.

stuff99 06-26-2009 06:06 PM

Why did NYI have to move up twice just to pick De Haan. lol

quasi 06-26-2009 06:08 PM

Very nice, he fell a long way.

murd0c 06-26-2009 06:08 PM

Lude S 06-26-2009 06:10 PM

shit, they must have gave LU that 8mil he wanted......

d1 06-26-2009 06:10 PM

Risky pick. He's 5'8 .. how'll he be able to play against 6'3 defencemen? Of course there's guys like gionta but those are definitely rare.

sTi-K 06-26-2009 06:12 PM

for a 22nd pick.. can't really expect too much

Ikkaku 06-26-2009 06:13 PM

we can have him playing with raymond :lol
