great early career, epic fail ending |
Lost to current worst team in the conference... No consistency what so ever. Now we play the best in the league. Funny how I think Canucks may actually pull out a win on this one... |

we always seem to play down to the shitty teams' level.... *sigh so let's rape the Caps xD |

Bieksa was much better when he actually attempted to hit the net. |
Lol, I think it's safe to say Bieska is this seasons Pyatt. I wonder who it'll be next season. |
Being a prick doesn't help. I hate Beiska because he's a prick, not because of his poor play. His poor play is just icing on the cake. He could be a point-a-game player, but I'd still despise him. The ducks are no last place team the way they played last night. Although we didn't have a great start, they made our guys look really bad. Their goalie came out on top. Luongo made some incredible saves, but at the same time let in some soft ones. In all fairness, Beiska did hit the net twice. That's a huge step in the right direction for him. On the first one, you could tell he actually took the time to aim and didn't have his eyes closed. I miss Woody. I have no proof of this and maybe it's just coincidence, but the Canucks seem to win when he's in the lineup. Even though he doesn't score. Friday's game is going to be huge. I hope we don't get embarrassed. The Canucks are such an inconsistent team. Hot one day, cold the next. They may play like cup contenders when faced with a challenge. |

but their guns dont justify their position in last place that top line has the ability to turn games around and win them and so does their goaltending what has hurt the ducks the most are injuries to key players and the piss poor play of the defense One can say the age is catching up to scott neidermyer as well. |
I agree, the Ducks are no last place team. They're stacked with talent and I'm sure they'll be nearing or be in the top 8 by seasons end. As for Wellwood, I like him but lets be honest, the guy hasn't done much this season. Scoring goals is one thing but I think the lack of effort in his game this season is why he's been benched. He really needs to find his game because he's one player on the team that's found his way into AV's doghouse. |
I was going to say Beiska doesn't do much, either. But he does.......... He single handedly fucks us over time and time again. Dumb penalties and thinking he's something he's not. LOL at Bobby Orr comment. He can only wish. Bobby Orr and Kevin Beiksa should not be placed in the same sentence. Ooops......... |

You wanna trade Beeker and Sami... why? Because you figure they're shit? So... assuming all the other GMs in the league share your opinion, what are you going to trade them for? If they're really as bad as you think they are, you'll be lucky to get a 2015 fifth-round pick in exchange. Yeah, that would really improve the team right now! Naw, I'm sure the Ducks would take either one straight up for Scotty Niedermeyer! Yeah, they'll be all over that deal! Fuggin' noobs. |
Supposed to go to an open bar event my buddy is throwing in the afternoon, few of the Nucks going and which includes Beiska, I swear to god I'm going to tell him he's starting to remind me of Sopel! Biggest facepalm moment of the season so far was Beiska getting a penalty while already in the penalty box, putting the team shorthanded even longer :banghead: |
As has been said the ducks are no last place team, but with that said nucks could have won the game last night the overall panic over this loss isn't really needed, every year it's the same shit ups and downs and in the end everything balances out and the good teams make the playoffs and the bad teams miss them I'm most curious to watch the next game VS Calgary Posted via RS Mobile |

They'll have to play .600 hockey to make it, but so do the Canucks pretty much. I can't believe the log jam in the standings now. 6 points differentiates 8th and 15th spot. What do you guys have in mind for a replacement for Bieksa? I don't think anyone would trade for this guy though. And we would have a bigger hole if he was missing. |
I was at last night's game, and every time #3 had the puck, I was scared. In our own zone, I was scared he'd lose possession. In the other end, I was scared he'd shoot the puck, miss, and have the puck bounce off the end boards and out of the offensive zone. Quote:

Let's see how the team plays when Bieksa gets scratched for a game or two. Mitchell Edler O'Brien Salo Schneider Ehrhoff But that's only possible if the coach isn't AV. And last night I think the Canucks would've won or entered OT had Burrows finished one of his MANY chances. At least Bernier made up his. dL |
Right now bieksas value is arguabely the highest because ppl around the league still think he's some sort of stud package him up with schneider Posted via RS Mobile |
package him up with wellwood... wellwood's shoot out skill might be effective this friday against the Caps |
^ Let's beat them in regulation. We can do it. Too bad I can't watch it cuz I forgot to book off work. ARGH!! dL |
^ watch it online? |
Ppl who continue to bash wellwood clearly haven't been paying attention to Johnson.. Posted via RS Mobile |
