haha but what are the odds of them calling u for it ...

illicitstylz 10-21-2009 11:06 PM

is this a full install or does it require a legit version of xp/vista to upgrade?

and it does say office 2007 initially, but keep going and then once you get to the " store menu " add the windows 7 pro to your checkout cart.

it comes out with two options, one with electronic download and one with disk kit which charges an extra $13.

Once you've got this please update to verify validity of this!

getalove 10-21-2009 11:07 PM

i am told this is a full version of window 7 u can install from clean ..

this is just like buying in stores .. but u download

teaoh 10-21-2009 11:09 PM

with a fake copy of windows, will this still work? It saids "purchase your license/product key" meaning its a new copy?

Gh0stRider 10-21-2009 11:12 PM

did you purchase the disk kit as well?

When they do come, the time value of money states that said difference will be worth less then than now. Hence, I get a discount either way.

Score! :lol

Gh0stRider 10-21-2009 11:14 PM

i dont know if its the full version. At checkout, it says Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Upgrade - 64 bit (details)
Electronic Download
$39.99

illicitstylz 10-21-2009 11:15 PM

I want to buy this but i'm afraid it's a little sketchy, should I not be worrying lol it's just i've never heard of this digital river site, i'd be so much more confident if it was off the microsoft website itself.

This is legit right..?

And it says upgrade, which makes me want to say that you'll need a legit xp/vista to upgrade from.

However, my XP is cracked but it's been authenticated by all the windows tools already to be genuine.. and without a CD you can't really sell this to someone in case it messes up.

getalove 10-21-2009 11:16 PM

ooh okay..
yaa it should jsut upgrade ur windows.... since its pro .. it'll upgrade vista and xp too ...

but damn .. what if i reformat..

getalove 10-21-2009 11:19 PM

alright i'm installing right now and it looks liek u can make a backup copy for reinstall

It's legit. It's the digital distributor for microsoft. And you guys can actually get 2 copies, just buy one 32-bit, and one 64-bit, the cd-keys should work for both.

bobola 10-21-2009 11:23 PM

So is this the full version?
I wont need a copy of xp / vista to install?

illicitstylz 10-21-2009 11:24 PM

we're determining that right now once getalove/rs windows 7 guinea pig gets it installed.

chances are you'll need a copy of xp/vista since it's an "upgrade"

You can be the guinea pig for that. Buy both, swap CD-keys, report back in the morning. :D
