I guess I can say the only thing he did right was not bring Top Gear to the US, every other move has been a backstabbing move at best. Never watched the Jay Leno Show, will not be returning to late night once conan is gone. Will migrate over to whatever show Conan does next, fuck, maybe he will get some creative freedom this time.

i thought it was always known that he was just leaving the tonight show for another show..... this was like known his whole last season



and it was always believed he didnt want to leave the tonight show, he wanted to be on it till he was old and retired to die like Carson

I was simply putting up a suggestion that might help Conan get more ratings on his new show, like how The Tonight Show follows the local news, while Fox shows their news from 10 to 11, Conan thus can follow, whats wrong with that?

It's been said that Conan's humour and style does not vibe well with the traditional viewer demographics at 11/11:35pm as compared to the 12:30 audience. This was one of the excuses for wanting Leno back at 11:35 as he appeals better to that viewership.

Moving Conan even earlier at 11pm would be counter-intuitive to this.

Poor Leno had a tough weekend.

ive tried watching conan quite a bit, but i just dont find him funny...maybe i should keep trying
jay leno cracks me up all the time though, but i do believe that conan is funny in a goofy way, but it hasnt made me watch his show
kinda sad though that this mess has occured

I rarely get to watch these shows as I'm usually passed out way before 1130 but I do catch it on Fridays at times... I did not like it when Conan brought his sidekick back (Andy Richter) just because he moved to a different timeslot. I don't find Richter funny whatsoever

I love conan. after reading bits here and there , I am in favor of conan so far.
I dis NBC in this situation .. and I am neutral about jay leno.

I just never found Jay to be funny. The funniest part of his Tonight Show was Jay Walking and Headlines.... but I was laughing at stupid people and poorly written headlines, not Jay.

He was ok on his Chuck stint but sucked in his own show.

The few times I watched Conan, he was much more annoying than funny. It was a little painful actually, so I had to turn him off.
While Jay Leno isn't exactly the King of comedy, his show is easy to watch, and slightly humorous.
Leno appeals to more people, and Conan doesn't. It's simple.

However, I do love watching all the ants come of of the woodwork to take a stab at Jay, then go crawling back to their little holes.

i'll admit, conan's show isn't as entertaining as it was at 12:35am. however, i don't think it's his fault. it's quite obvious he's had to censor his normal material.
