you guys try chicken world? on knight and 49th.. aint the greatest but its cheap compared to kfc/churches.. havent been in awhile but back in summer 10 pc for 13bucks i think

Just went to LA Chicken. They close at 9pm every day. They accept debit, MC and Visa.

Boom bees in surrey, 152nd and 101. Its hidden in the eendys plaza. Killer chicken! Ask for spicy mayo.

OMG.. after reading this post... the wife and I drove all the way out to Honey's in burquitlam... it does not rival LA chicken at all.. in fact... to be honest, it tasted below average. After leaving.. the only thoughts in my mind were.. i should of went to insadong.. hahahahaha

so right now.. it still is...

honeys uses the lees chicken recipe for their normal fried chicken.
they used to actually be a lees chicken crossed with a korean restaurant (some japanese food too).
i swear lees chicken never knew about what they were doing or they would have lost their license to sell lees chicken a long time ago.
they were serving alcohol, different types of food, korean restaurant atmosphere... it was weird.

I was at la chicken deciding on 6 or 8 pieces.

I ordered 6 and the boss(lady) gives me 10 pieces since it was near closing.

I went to Lee's Chicken in Surrey today. It's like Church's skin with KFC flavour. Pretty good deal at 5-ish bucks for 2 pieces, fries and a drink. Someone said that LA used to be a Lee's? Gonna try LA in the next couple weeks, my arteries are gonna hate me LOL.

read the thread last nite and bought churches, had 4 pieces and puked at midnite
wayyy too oily, surprisingly didnt even eat all the skins

i ate 5 pieces of churches 2 nights ago. man do i ever not regret it. delicious.

is it just me or church's chicken prices got jacked up again? Went the other night for 2 piece small fries and small drink and spicy thigh sandwich = $14.xx and they don't have the add 1-2 extra piece chicken for $1.50 on the menu

churches have the holiday bundle, 18 dollar for 8 pieces, medium fries and gravy, and sweet bites. wasnt too bad i guess

they have coupons with 5 dollar off for order $20+

Church's Chickenis the best hands down.

NEITHER, it is WAY better than both of those!
That being said, Church's > KFC any day of the week! (Except in China, KFC is delicious) :joy:

I have had the (mis)fortune of devouring both LA Chicken AND Church's on the same day ... and seriously it's like night and day ... I didn't even feel like touching the Church's after I ate the LA's! :heckno:
