Harbour Air does run its flights out of Waterfront. The control tower has to look out for boats, debris and wildlife in the air and water. Visibility is very limited anytime there is snow. It says probably out of the airlines control anyways if the control tower doesn't give clearance.

Not sure about the school closures though, conditions don't seem much different than Monday or Tuesday.
