^ excuse me if my thinking is wrong. But why the puree?? why not just have your normal broccoli sauteed in butter with roasted pecans? I hate puree, the taste and texture is off imo. Its like eating baby food. |

I usually give it a quick rinse with salted water, drain them dry, then pop them into the freezer for like 10 minutes. It seems to tighten up the flesh and make it more crisp. But I would only do it to really fresh prawns. Like they are still live and jumping around. |
