I've been using Google play books - it supports epub and pdfs now - upload onto the play.google.com website and you can download it through your tablet. I like the options it has, and it can sync which page you're on with your different devices.

I find it a little slow when I'm going to a specific page - but then again, I haven't tried another reader.

I used FBReader but it's not pretty. I only use it because it reads all formats (epub, mobi, rtf). If I have pdfs I just use the stock play books app.

edit: nvm had the stock messaging app disabled when u didnt need to disable it lol

fuuuu the app says I've downloaded it but it doesn't play and the MP3 files aren't where Samsung says they are supposed to be!

mine was located in :

Computer\*phonemodelhere*\Phone\Music folder

plays through the app or with music player but had to use "my files" app to find them.

or just transfer to computer.


EDIT* restarting the phone refreshes the music player's playlist it shows up now! (using i317 note 2)

Hmm, cleared my cache and data on the app and re-downloading now. Hopefully it works.

Anyone know any good office apps for tablets? Seems the most popular ones are Office Pro and QuicOffice Pro. Seems very pricy though. OfficePro seems to be better but you have to pay extra to get spell check and fonts which is a turn off. Currently using Polairs Office that comes with my Note 8.
Polairs Office is actually pretty decent but I want an office app that does spell check, different fonts, I can eport it to out doc, excel ppt format and actually use the same file on my desktop. Any good suggestions? Should I wait till Google play store have a discount?

Ever try Google Docs on a tablet? (Not saying it's good or bad because I never have, myself... just wondering if that does the job)

The google docs appt isn't very good. There are times when I am away from any wifi so I do like to have an office appt that allows me to use it while I have no Wifi connection
