FYI Amazon Appstore free sale today: Click Here

I got: Sonic 2, Plex, Accuweather Platinum, Remote Desktop, Root Explorer, MyBackup Pro

willystyle 07-10-2014 10:39 AM

I caved in and bought a ChromeCast, got $20 free credit. What are some must-have paid apps?

I'm getting Cerberus for one, maybe Swiftkey (lacking Chinese support though).

jeedee 07-10-2014 12:28 PM

SwiftKey is free now for the full version

Other than Cerberus there isn't really anything good imo.... plex is decent, TV portal is great for tv show/movie streaming

Soundy 07-10-2014 01:25 PM

+1 for Plex, especially if you have a Plex media server

bobola 07-10-2014 02:32 PM

What are some fun Android games?

Not those where you have to buy a bunch of in game purchase to enjoy.
I don't mind paying for the game itself.!

I downloaded that app yesterday. It seems very lacking in the area of content, and the content that they do have seems old (Movies).

I don't have a Plex Media Server, so the Plex App is not necessary for now.

Downloaded the free trial or bought the full version with your credit?

Cause I have the full version and have found new movies and shows

Dead easy to set one up, either on your regular PC or on an old spare machine.

I followed some instructions on here to get the full version, but haven't paid for the Chromecast plugin yet, seeing that the selection is so scarce, unless I am looking at the wrong section?

So far, Showbox + localcast = Awesome

I wouldn't mind doing that, but I don't have an old PC kicking around, anyone willing to spare an old pc? :)

Odd...did you click the "movies" tab and type the name of the movie you're looking for? Won't work if you're trying to type it on another tab.

anyone know a chinese input keyboard that the handwriting doesn't auto complete?

for example, if i was handwriting a chinese character and i stop half way, it doesn't just complete the word and i have to start again.

or even when i finish a character, it doesn't auto complete, but instead let's me choose from the suggested character list?

i have tried google cantonese input and there is an option to uncheck auto complete, but it doesn't apply to handwriting.

Guys need help to id what app this is.

Have been searching for a music player with permanent vol slider for some time. Someone linked me to PlayerPro which has it but it is a "can be clicked to hide it bar" and by default when you launch the app it is hidden.
