Has anybody taken COM 393 (Commercial Law) or COMM 399 (Logistics and Op. Mgmt) before? I have to pick one of these for third year and am not sure which one would be more interesting!

My friend told me 393 is hard as hell and she apparently got a super bitchy prof (sorry forgot the prof's name!)
