At least you do stellar in one of em. All my exams end up with the same fate

Selanne_200 07-12-2012 08:57 AM

just switched up one of my courses yesterday, so for term one I have schedule of hell mon/wed school from 11:30-5:30 with only a 30 min break for the day. But I get tues/thurs off!

Energy 07-12-2012 09:10 AM

That's not too bad. I have class from 930am-4pm straight on Monday to Thursday with a one and a half hour lunch break.

Selanne_200 07-12-2012 09:59 AM

wow, how many courses are you taking?

kcl38 07-12-2012 10:08 AM

My first term is class 8am to 6pm with a 3 hour break in the middle but it I'll only be on campus twice a week

Should be six courses but its a standard time table anyway so I don't have a say in it :okay:

So cheer up you guys's schedules aren't that bad. Unless you're in engineering or something.

Selanne_200 07-12-2012 06:45 PM

No, not smart enough to get into engineering.

I'm actually very excited haha. It's kind of weird to be looking forward to the start of the school year.

Mining 07-13-2012 11:44 AM

the only thing i can specifically remember about my schedule is that term one... mon-fri start 8am:okay:

Energy 07-13-2012 11:58 AM

Ouch that's actually really early. My only class that was ever that early was MATH105 a long time ago and that was only twice a week.

It was suppose to be only tues/thurs but I couldn't get the course at the time I wanted.

Def not looking forward towards term one....

btw off topic, but I was at Spanish banks at around 12am last night and saw a white genesis, an accord and maybe 4 other cars pass by together. Not any of you guys by any chance would it?
You guys pulled into the parking lot where my friend had his black 4th gen prelude parked and might have seen it.

Question for those of you that have been on waitlist for year-round housing before... I'm currently waitlist 204 for Marine Drive Shared, what are the odds I'll get an offer by the end of August? It's been moving pretty quick, but I'm still not sure whether my odds are great/good/not so good.

Thanks, but I've seen that page... it makes no mention of what point in the year those estimates are for. 204 on the waitlist in mid May is very different from 204 in mid July.

Energy 07-14-2012 04:56 PM

I'd assume its based on your initial position on the waitlist when it first came out.

If you were number 204 from the start at May then you have a good shot. If you're 204 right now when the waitlist has moved a lot then maybe chances aren't so good?

Try to find a back up just in case.

You will probably get in by term 2. By now everyone with offers has made their decision and committed by putting down the deposit. Waitlist will not move up by much.
