Deadlift pr session last saturday. 2 days later I feel this dull pain on both sides of the outer hip. Cant sleep because the pain increases as I lay down. I feel fine during the day zero problems. Anyone experience this before? Posted via RS Mobile |

What do you guys do when its workout day, and you have a headache? Do you skip or pop an advil and go for it? Or any other suggestions. I really don't want to skip. |
Honestly? A hefty helping of a pre workout drink, an Advil and a bit of peppermint essential oil under the nose and the headache will be gone by the time you change into your gym strip. At least for me.. Posted via RS Mobile |

Finally got to try powerlifting shoes on friday for the first time. PRed 305lbs back squat @143lbs below parallel belt less. squats got noticeably more stable once I got past 225. |
