Das a lot of chicken and rice. My wife and eat so much of it I have to change up the chicken recipe frequently to mix up the flavours. Hmmm I still buy boxes at thirties when on sale or costco.

I prefer drumsticks or thighs, way more tender and flavor. But they take forever to cook

If you have the time, debone them before cooking and they cook way faster. Or shell out the $ for boneless thighs.

Reheated chicken breast makes me gag. Reheated dark meat is almost bearable.

just marinate the chicken and it's fine
And cook the chicken in oven makes it juicy j

Replace chicken with salmon or some extra lean beef on rice if you need the change

Here is my meal plan :p not pictured is the bit of lemon juice, all greens powder and 1/2 cup of frozen berries, and 2 cups of water to blend with it.

Makes 2.2 meals

I've had 2 gym bros ask to train with me in the past couple weeks. Both guys at the end of the workout were exhausted. They both couldn't believe I lift that hard on a daily basis. Feelsgoodman. Hard work pays off.

Are you doing the lean gains training, or just doing your own thing?

I haven't done biceps for 3 weeks and just for the hell of it decided a set after my normal compound routine. Lifted 45's like I'd normally do 35's..but bench is still weak lol

no specific type of training, just kinda on my own routines and exercises. i actually hit new PR's on monday on bench and incline DB.

i did realize that i wasn't benching properly, ie my elbows were flared out 90 degrees from my body, instead of having them angled and slightly tucked. hope maybe that helps

It does, until you add the couple berries or a chunk or two of pineapple. They are actually quite delicious. I am trying to eat cleaner and way more vegetarian / no dairy and eggs but having a girlfriend really ruins shit. Also trying to get to the gym is hard. I used to be 6x a week and now I'm struggling to do 3-4 days a week. If i tell her I'm going to the gym instead she doesn't get mad, but goes quiet... Almost even qorse

hal0g0dv2 01-28-2014 07:33 PM

dump her that is bull shit
Don't let that shit get in your way. The gym will never let u down. It's harsh to say but I've chosen the gym over many things and it's worth it.
