Don't let that shit get in your way. The gym will never let u down. It's harsh to say but I've chosen the gym over many things and it's worth it.

That bitch got told :p i weighed in again today. Not a single pound lost in January. What a fucking wasted month. I made sure she knew how upset I was

Sid Vicious 01-29-2014 02:42 PM

why dont you just ask your gf to workout with you?

320icar 01-29-2014 03:08 PM

I have. But she works the opposite shift of me (she works 5:45am to 2:15pm, i work 2:15pm to 10:45pm) i have asked and she is gung ho, but doesn't act on it. Hell, he has a gym membership at fitness world, and i don't think she's ever gone. At least she still looks like a Pilates instructor. So I won't complain...

She even went and got a 30 day trial of hot yoga while i was going to yoga. Yeah she didn't go to a single class...

Damn that sounds tough to even schedule sex in, forget the gym.

Well we hve half-overlapping days off so she stays over about half the week. But we're currently looking for a place in Richmond to move into. That's why I'm waiting til maybe April to probably go lance Armstrong. That way she can benefit from the vitamin-T by getting the D

i've tried these on before. imo they will either make you or break you. if you're a beginner lifter, it will handicap your grip strength, and your lifts will eventually stall because there will come a point in time when wraps won't hold up the amount of weight you lift. your grip strength will become the weak link of the chain.

however, if you are an advanced lifter and you have been training for awhile, these wraps can be a very useful tool to help you get the competitive edge. From personal experience, my lockout was greatly improved with them, because it allowed a more efficient energy transfer.

What happens is, (especially for guys that have small wrists), your wrists will eventually give out under heavy weight and start bending backwards or sideways, and these wrist wraps will keep your wrists aligned and allow for a straight line of energy transfer from your elbows right up to the bar.

my 0.02

Sid Vicious 01-31-2014 08:25 AM

thats why you gotta follow a strictly regimented progressive overload masturbation regiment, to build up those limp wrists

+1 happens to me for pressing exercises, wrists wraps ftw

but hey, small wrists make your forearm look bigger, win?
