I used to get red dots that would seem like a pimple on my sides and near my armpit. I switched soaps and showered more regularly and used a more rough loofa sorta thing and it never came back. I assume it was the heavy soap (Irish springs bar soap) and not properly rinsing it off, an probably clogged the pours and sweat glands. Would only appear on my sides, no where else. maybe try some some spinal decompression work? Probably wont help too much but one of my profs told me that hanging from a pullup bar for a few minutes each day might help lengthen your spine a tiny bit |
