lol thanks alot guys, but we all know the lift that's chilling out behind the scenes imma start experimenting with sumo a bit while accomodating the hip pain i get from it at the same time... the next few weeks or so will be lots of hypertrophy/bodybuilding style training actually, i was thinking of bulking up to 190-200 so that for the meet I can end up right at 181. It seems that during the pre-meet deload week I drop weight no matter how much I eat. |

i've never had anything against crossfit, or just about any activity that gets your body moving.. but i have heard some pretty horrific tales lol. I was just talking to someone about crossfit the other day, and I asked how long they did it for, to which they replied with a short 3 months. I asked why, and she said stress fracture. something tells me that's not supposed to happen lol. |
