lol thanks alot guys, but we all know the lift that's chilling out behind the scenes
imma start experimenting with sumo a bit while accomodating the hip pain i get from it at the same time... the next few weeks or so will be lots of hypertrophy/bodybuilding style training

actually, i was thinking of bulking up to 190-200 so that for the meet I can end up right at 181. It seems that during the pre-meet deload week I drop weight no matter how much I eat.

Added some no leg rope climbs to my routine and damn, better arm workout than doing endless curls lol

yea alotta tools doing burpees thrusters and that gay rope shit

but also alot of people who lift oly lift heavy, powerlift + do stuff for conditioning and speed

its like the tools who call themselves "bodybuilders" and dont do the powerlifts lol...doesnt mean bodybuilding is shitty, theyre just tools

hal0g0dv2 02-26-2014 10:57 AM

i've never had anything against crossfit, or just about any activity that gets your body moving.. but i have heard some pretty horrific tales lol. I was just talking to someone about crossfit the other day, and I asked how long they did it for, to which they replied with a short 3 months. I asked why, and she said stress fracture. something tells me that's not supposed to happen lol.

nothing that a lil tren can't do to fix, looks like the guy's been "cycling" out of control.

in all seriousness, wish the guy speedy recovery. he's got lots of potential

320icar 02-27-2014 11:16 PM

With a deep hole in his thigh, don't think he will be back for quite a while
