not as beast as loovdoo yet, but despite less than ideal conditions (nasty flu and muscle aches) i decided to go to the gym today and motivation is strong first time doing heavy front squats second rep of 315 x 1 (first recording did not get the 3 plates) first time felt easy so i did a second time. |
