For fcks sake. So I finally got a call from ford about my focus st I factory ordered. Should be delivered dec. 2nd... It's already been two months without a car :( I can't stand this barely working out. With my work schedule and location of the gym it's really hard to work everything into a day. Lol it's easy to make excuses but I sure don't like it. Especially when I see you guys rockin 160lbs and crazy mass. Truly impressive. So during winter do most you guys cut or bulk? For those of you with experience squatting in weightlifting shoes (shoes with a heel raise), and use them for low bar powerlifting type squat, how high do you recommend the heel to be? I've heard that 0.5 inch height is ideal, but not entirely sure |

IMO there really isnt difference between any carb source, i could be wrong though. a piece of whole wheat bread and a can of coke just gets converted to glucose (the carb portion anyways) and calories anyway i know people refer to the GI index, but most athletes don't really pay any attention to it anyways from what i see, and its importance is gladly overstated of course if you're trying to cut i would definitely just stick with water etc |
