Went solo on my chest today :okay: 100lb DB flat, 3 sets, 5 reps each 85lb DB incline, 3 sets, 7 reps each Decline bench was broken :seriously: Had to settle with the smith decline machine, 2 plates on each side, 3 sets, 5 reps each. |

Today at 207lbs. I have cut out a lot of salt from my diet in the last 4 weeks which at least visually seems to have cut some water/BF. Any guesses as to what % I'm at? I have reached my upper body goals, will now focus more on core and legs. If I get to 215 it will be by adding mass to my lower body. COME AT ME SUMMER! |
i would say floating around 10/9 ish veins in shoulders is a indication of 10 percent |

Thanks needles. Lifts are a bit low, but I'm trying to increase 5lbs every 1.5-2 weeks. I really wish I was a bit taller though. My biggest fear is looking like a stocky oompa loompa. |

I don't know if it was the oatmeal, but I was inflamed as fuck today. I made it through, but I was in so much pain after each set I felt like screaming. It's either that, or I am reaching my physical limit of my 10RM for these exercises. The sugar helped me get through without fatigue though. |
i just had my first good workout in a long time. Man does it get depressing when every week you're maxing on the same weights. Pisses me off, thankfully today i upped my mill press and finally can do 135 for reps again. Time to get to 185 :accepted: |

i've been major slacking at the gym the past month....i think it's part cause i'm getting bored of the 5x5 program...i've seen some significant gains (strength and bulk) from doing it but now i want more definition (ie my biceps got basically no growth from the program) what's another good split(?) program that i can start on?? |
Is the 205 dl ur max flip? Ur other excercises are so close! U squats and dl are way better than my shitty bench :( :okay: I am sure ppl know what I mean. And is t possible for bulkers to gain beach body physiques ? Currently 149 and was 134 2-3 months ago. Going to go 160 an then cut. Tips in your diet flip? :p |
