signed up for a week pass at the fitness world on kingsway ( burnaby ) not impressed... lack of plates/ no decline bench/ dont think there was even a fly machine/ one set of weights per weight/ atmosphere wasnt as great as i thought it would be, pretty dark.. felt like i was working out in a basement |

How can you be doing arms for 2 years with zero results?... I've been at my routine doing bi's and tri's for basically 2 months and I'm seeing noticeable results Btw, a little pet peave I've developed lately, when people talk about somone who's "ripped" because they are so skinny.. switched it up for a change, my gym takes 45 mins to walk to so i always take the bus, instead since the weather was nice just jogged there, now time for bis+calves :troll: |
