no, not to her face, but i know the guy who has turned into a d-bag, and after she gave them shit he wandered over to me and said "shes a real bitch hey" to which i replied, no she just doesnt like people tossing the weights around, she never gives me or rrxtar a hard time

still a good night at the gym, and i dunno whats wrong with all you cottage cheese haters, i love that shit

signed up for a week pass at the fitness world on kingsway ( burnaby ) not impressed... lack of plates/ no decline bench/ dont think there was even a fly machine/ one set of weights per weight/ atmosphere wasnt as great as i thought it would be, pretty dark.. felt like i was working out in a basement

i got that today. was supersetting standing barbell curls with some lighter db's for curls. this was the first time my forearms actually was rock solid stiff that i could barely flex them any other way other than straight lol.

also a question, is standing shoulder press (with a olympic barbell) the same movement and positioning as an overhead press? just wondering.

How can you be doing arms for 2 years with zero results?...

I've been at my routine doing bi's and tri's for basically 2 months and I'm seeing noticeable results

Btw, a little pet peave I've developed lately, when people talk about somone who's "ripped" because they are so skinny.. There's nothing impressive about being 145 pounds with 9 inch arms and a 6 pack that is half ribs half muscle

LOL some of the comments here are just hilarious. Anyways, quick OT question, I dont use a PWO supp ever; just have been eating right and lately I feel wasted after work before hitting the gym...looked into a supp called Jack3d...whats your guys take on it?

There's been tons of discussion on preworkout supps.

If you really want to feel like a monster dont bother with jack3d, use 1MR.

I can personally vouch for this supp, you will NOT feel any lack of energy, in fact you might
even feel like running a marathon after your workout :p

I take 1MR and I'm almost done taking it, I got the raspberry flavor and it's very aspartaney (So avoid it, tastes like medicine). The first day I took it I felt like a million dollars driving to the gym, had my music going and I was so fucking psyched up, walked in and set all new PR's. Ontop of that it does give you a LOT more energy, it's retarded, but your workouts become more intense because you turn into an aggressive little tard who just wants to lift shit and not sit still when you take it. This makes your workouts crazy intense so you go home pretty wasted, ontop of that I sweat a lot more on 1mr than I do without it. Maybe it's cuz I workout harder?

Also I read somewhere that ritalin/the pills they give to kids with A.D.D. have active ingredients whose effects are very similar to caffeine, and that taking hits of caffeine makes you better focused for average people, so the caffeine in 1mr definitely makes you more focused as well (possibly?).

Only downsides: First few days you'll get effed up sleep and you'll be edgy as fuck and highly irritable when you're on it. Oh, and sometimes I close my eyes and push for the last few reps .. and when I'm done I'm lightheaded and seeing stars lol. I found 1MR does make you slightly light headed after an intense workout.

I've used NO explode and now I'm trying out NO shotgun.

NO shotgun is incredible, gets you in the zone and you lift like your motherfucking king leonidas. heart racing, muscles swole, gameface on. no trolling.

switched it up for a change, my gym takes 45 mins to walk to so i always take the bus, instead since the weather was nice just jogged there, now time for bis+calves :troll:

Is 1,3 dmaa in 1mr? I have some really fucked mood swings lately, figured it was just the testosterone spike from lifting heavy weights 4x a week.

Yes 1,3 dimethylamylamine is the active ingredient in 1MR and Jack3d.

I've stopped using 1MR coz of it.
