Yes, if you want to die of salmonella. Also more protein gets absorbed when you cook them- journal source here:

Don't be lazy - just boil the friggin things.

When he finally comes to he wasn't able to stand straight up, if he did he would enter shock again. Pretty sure the guy herniated a disc or pinched a nerve in his lower back. Poor guy will probably never do deadlifts again. First time I've had to do first aid.

Scary shit.
YOu serious??? I was going to go up there today. Holy fuck that's messed. I've pulled a hamstring doing deads a long time ago and while it hurt like hell , I was only out for a few months and I am super careful about my form. When I see a bad bend in people's backs while doing deads, I can't help but point that out to them so they don't hurt themselves. Deads are by far the most popular exercise at the SFU gym so I hope they don't ban them based on this one incident.

I went to the SFU gym once, and that one time i was there, i was watching this guy do squats 3plates + 10, and the bar was literally rolling off his shoulder blade while he was pushing up. Scaryyyy.

Anyhow, loving the rippetone program. I miss my isolation bicep workouts though, can't flex in the mirror after every set now. =(

DId any of you imbeciles actually read the study I posted? Here's a quote from it to make it easier:

"The true ileal digestibility of cooked and raw egg protein amounted to 90.9 ± 0.8 and 51.3 ± 9.8%, respectively".

This isn't the only one; there are more studies that prove cooked eggs yield nearly twice as much protein than uncooked. This is a fact. Combined with the a chance (slight but still present) of salmonella, which btw has happened to 2 of my friends due to eating vast amounts of uncooked eggs, anyone with 2 brain cells can see that it makes a little more sense to cook them. You're not friggin' Gaston from Beauty and the Beast- you can't just juggle eggs in the air and gulp them down.

went to costco today to get some protein and found they carry concentrated omega-3 now

150 softgels for $27

Total omega 3 = 900mg with 600/300 EPA/DHA

not as refined as the nutrasea stuff, but felt it was a reasonable price, grabbed 2 until i make a BB.com order again

Fuck yeah! Exams are finally done and I just gotta get through this weekend of work and I can finally order all my new supplements for the summer. So excited! I don't give a fuck I'm going to eat clean as hell + bbq 2 times a day, stay low carb, gain strength, lean out, drop down to the 200lb range AND be able to hit my goals.

I'm going for 225 bench press, 365 - 405 squat (anything in that range) and a CLEAN 3 plate + deadlift. I can do 3 plates now but its my 1RM, wanna be able to use it as my working weight. Hmmm Hmmm Hmmm gonna feel good.

For deadlifts i use straps... so its not raw... I probably would only be able to do only 1 x 315
