Any idea where to get a good heavy bag freestanding hanger? Ive only looked at sportchek so far and the hook is too low. the bag chains are at head height. hah

Starting HIT routine this week. Gonna be weird not going to the gym everyday. Currently sitting at 200lbs but this is the leanest I've been in a long time.

havent been to a single lift session for the last 14 days because of exams.

Why do people worry so much about losing muscle while dieting? Unless you're doing mega catabolic work while starving yourself, you're not going to lose muscle.

I hate exam time, it completely fucks up my gym routine. I don't care tho, i'm still going to hit the gym in the morning. It just means i have to skip the hockey game whatever, i'd much rather workout than watch people play sports. Damn my shitty time management
