i used to have energy drinks before work outs but the sugar really was adding up for me, had to cut it out. helps out temporarily tho.
tried a moma vie energy drink, its ok on the sugars but still caffeine though.

that was the nice thing about NO-Xplode. it didnt screw up my sleep. i could take it at 8pm and be sleeping by 10:30. the downside of it, is it didnt do shit for me after about the 2nd tub.
I take my SuperDump at 6:30 and it still can fuck up my sleep depending on whether i ate long enough before or not

I ended up buying some 1MR at reflex, they didnt have any white flood in stock 
I took about a quarter scoop since I'm stimulant free up until now..
We'll see how it goes

I'd never shop at GNC, not sure if it was in my head, but even with 1/4 scoop of 1MR I felt like I had endless energy going into the gym.
I cant really describe the feeling but about 20 mins after taking it I was sitting in my room and I just felt....different.
Anyway, my workout rocked, my lats are fried

how do you guys stay motivated i find it hard to stay motivated latley...ill workout and train for a couple of months then take a week or two off and find that i really have to push myself to get back into it
any suggestions or experiences???

The company is based out of Toronto...but I suppose they manufacturing is from the states. Postage is only slightly cheaper for shipping within the states and I suppose you save on some tax? (Never tried).
I just put in an order as well, shipped to Canada.
