what's your vert currently at? my goal for spring/summer is to be able to hang on to the rim, right now I can grab it with one hand. Hopefully I can dunk by the time I'm 21

i can grab the rim just from a one step jump

plyos have helped my lifts soo much. for everyone who wants to lift heavy i recommend them heartily

Failed a 405lb squart today. :( first time failing a squat ever. Had 2 gymbros spotting me felt alpha as fuck. My goal of 3, 4, 5 is getting near. Not sure if I'll get it by years end.

Did flat bench 55lbx8, 80lbx8, 100lbx5 tonight. That feel pressing 100lb dbs for the first time!

Im going to try 100lbx3-5 DB for my first time next week. Prob a big smile on my face for the rest of the workout if I do it.

I agree... didn't feel nearly as accomplished with my 120lb bench as i did with my 100lb. 100lb is like the benchmark of being in the big boiz club
