basically i was stuck at 150lbs from december 2011 - june 2012 even tho i was eating as much as i could, but my food choices, and meal timing was the problem, so 1 day i finally decided fuck this, im gonna start counting my calroies and used livestrong.com and made a diet and stuck to it and broke my plateau going from 150-165 from june to now

i eat 5 meals a day and turned 17 a month and a half ago, i train 4x a week and also do cardio 3hrs a week

Killed last workout of smolov base cycle today. Testing new max in a week then intense cycle starts 2 weeks after that. Used to hate squats but it has become my new fav lift.

Was hungover today so I decided to skip the gym. Got a bit better throughout the day, and said fuck it and went for a 2AM gym session.

did some power cleans and front military press today. I think I'm snapped out of it.

front military press 155 5x5

power cleans 175 5 x 5

deadlifts tomorrow. going for 330 deadlift.

My community gym was packed too open just 6 hrs. Still got a squat rack and killed legs. Moving up on hack squats. 235lb 2x10 np.

Yeah, her. And are you talking about the guy with the stretched earlobe things? I've seen him bring his own rings too, only guy ever doing muscle ups at the Oval lol

I don't know about his earlobes, lol. He looks like one of those highschool punk asian kids.

Regardless, he lifts heavy for his size.

She i see her workout at the coop from time to time with her bf. i think her bf has a 4 plate deadlift or something

A little off topic..but I remember watching Spider Man when it came out in 2002 as a kid. There was the scene where Tobey Maguire wakes up after being bit by the spider, and I thought he was so jacked.
