Also have been with Wind for about 10 months now.
Phone coverage is alright (haven't had dropped calls but YMMV will vary if you are in concrete building in Downtown)
Plan is AWESOME (it would cost me 2-3X more if I were with Robbers)
Customer service is mediocre.
For that I would give it a solid B+ grade.

Been with wind for a month now, absolutely no complaints for what I'm actually paying. Odd roaming spots around town like silver city richmond and whole foods on West Broadway and cambie. I can totally live with that for $29 Posted via RS Mobile |

i predict $699 outright and $399 +wind tab for the rest.
however their are inherent differences in the hardware possibly making the AWS Note II more valuable like the AWS GS3's

Overall I'm satisfied that they fixed the phone under warranty but not impressed regarding the time it took and the level of customer service (at HQ Robson/Thurlow store and on the phone)
You get what you pay for though and my plan trumps Robbers for sure. | Can i get a loaner phone without some legit reason like phone is broken and have to send it in to fix? I just want to hold out until wind gets the lg nexus but no one has an aws phone they can lend me lol.
And while i'm at it, anyone have any news regarding wind carrying the lg nexus?

You get what you pay for though and my plan trumps Robbers for sure. | I strongly believe that regardless of whether WIND sends the phone back to the manufacturer or a 3rd party repair service. The turnaround time would still be about a month.
Honestly, the situation could've been worse, particularly if you went to a dealer to get your warranty honored. Most of them will just shun you away.

| Rogers Nokia Lumia 920 confirmed to be pentaband, compatible with WIND. Quote:
Rogers released the Nokia Lumia 920 yesterday in limited numbers, but some early adopters have been eager to snatch up the brand new flagship Windows Phone 8 device. According to users, the phone is not only pentaband, which means it is compatible with WIND and Mobilicity, but early Rogers units are reportedly coming unlocked out of the box.
While we aren’t able to verify whether the latter is true — it would seem unlikely that, universally, Rogers would release an unlocked phone — but I can confirm that the Lumia 920 is pentaband. This means that along with LTE service on Rogers, TELUS and Bell, it is compatible with AWS networks such as WIND Mobile, Mobilicity, Videotron and, in the U.S., T-Mobile, on their 3G networks.
A number of threads have popped up in recent hours on Howard Forums, XDA-Developers and WPCentral detailing the discovery. The fact that the initial batch of phones is unlocked is likely an aberration and is unlikely to continue once the phone is in wider circulation. That being said, because the phone is a Rogers exclusive, it may be unlocked because users can only buy it from one source, guaranteeing that Rogers earns back at least the cost of the device, plus one month of service.
The Lumia 920 is available from Rogers for $99.99 on a three year term, $549.99 on a month-to-month plan, and $599.99 outright. We’ll have our review up in the coming days, so stay tuned.

^^dafuq? $150 off for staying 3 years (on my $29 plan)??? since everyone else is selling for $650 that's really only $50 off. fuck that, I'd buy a unlocked one somewhere else.

Yeah, you're better buying it straight up for $550. I've seen prices as low as that.

maybe i can pick up a Tmob Note 1 instead | I would pick up the T-Mobile version almost instantly if we figure out that the Canadian Note II is totally borked over the US counterpart. We'll have to wait and see if I can actually pick up one of these bad boys tomorrow.

Still... $400 for the phone... $200 off over the course of 2 years in service credits... pretty shitty for an unlimited service (with no unlimited NA texting which sucks...) Maybe their retentions program will be awesome after 2 years?

Still... $400 for the phone... $200 off over the course of 2 years, making it a 30 a month plan... Not too shabby for an unlimited device (with no unlimited NA texting which sucks...) | Well it's only $5 more if you really need Unlimited NA texting, but with data these days, even that may be unnecessary.

Maybe their retentions program will be awesome after 2 years? | So you get a discount of $350 for the phone. You sign up for a $40 plan. 10% of your plan goes to paying off your tab. So you get $4/mo to pay off the $350. After 2 years, it looks like this:
$40/mo (still)
$254 (4x24=96, 350-96 = $254) still owing on the windtab.
At the end of 36 months of service, your windtab gets wiped clean no matter how much or little of a discount you've "earned" off.
As someone above has said, depending on how long you can wait you may be better off buying outright through the secondary market, or waiting for the price to come down.
