wow, you're an incredibly good landlord ... 1 month free !! That's what? $2000? I have never heard of that .. one month free if you stay for a year more. If tenant asked for rent decrease, could you have countered with no increase, stay the same rent as you are paying now? Are they paying more than avg? I mean it's a hassle for you for sure to turnover a tenant but just as much of a hassle for them to pack and move somewhere else. |
