My Dec. 3 1-2 week order shipped. UPS says delivery date is by end of day 20th.

Ordered at 12:03pm on Dec 3rd. Was given an estimate of 1-2 weeks. Status was changed to Pre-order yesterday and just got an email from Google, with a tracking number and that my order has shipped!

Just like the previous poster, my UPS tracking info started in Louisville KY and is currently in Hodgkins IL. I guess our phones are in the same skid!

Now I guess it's time to decide whether to keep my Note 2 or the N4? Or both :)

For the guys that have it already what ROMs are you guys running?
The Xylon ROM seems very popular on XDA but there's one in Original Android Development and one in Android Development for. What's the difference between the two sub-forums with Nexus devices? For Samsung devices one is AOSP and the other is TW. So is Original just nightlies?

xylon on gnex is a hit or miss, version 9 was perfect, but version 10/11 gave me lag, random boot loops, and battery would go from 87% to 17% in an hour. So be careful of that of you guys are loading onto nexus 4.

Coz if it's the first case, then it's within 1-2 weeks from Dec 3. If it's the latter, then no (and we should be entitled to a shipping refund).

Unless you are those with 4-5 days delivered, dont think you can argue for a shipping fee refund!
